Fat grafting does work in sculpting reconstructed breasts with implants look like real breasts. Sometime it takes and sometimes it doesn't. The added benefit is you can have areas of your body liposuctioned to harvest the fat cells. If you have bad areas like stomach the fat can be take from that area.

I had fat grafting done, it works well for the contouring of the new breasts. The only issue I had was the graft not taking ie developing its own blood supply.

Get it done while u can I definitely have indentations but I'm not willing to go back in to fix.
