Oopherectomy and tamoxifen

For the ladies who've had an oopherectomy and on tamoxifen, what, if anything does your gyn do monitor whether your uterine lining is thickening? Mine said they don't do any ultrasounds or anything, and hat women bleed if something is going wrong.

I had the whole reproductive system removed, just was not worth the risk. I started to have spotting which really scared me.
