Is it safe to walk on a treadmill or stationary bike after a couple weeks?

My only restriction was Don't lift over 10 lbs. And Don't drive on pain meds. But I only took one the first day.

I have a friend who split her incision doing arm machines at the gym - yes, she was stupid. Ask to be certain.

Treadmill or stationery bike should be okay as its not intense workout.

Listen to your body and ask Doc. I was told a week. Walking is great because you are not stressing the operative area.
