Taxotere (docetaxel) and andriamycin and cytoxin (pretty standard chemo I think). Same regiment as me. Taxotere was the worst for me. Felt like I had the flu, with the body aches and heaviness in my legs. AC gave me fatigue and nausea. Everyone reacts differently though.

Those were the Chemo drugs I took. At the first I was given anti-nausea meds but never had need of using them. I had the flu-like symptoms with fever, aches, pains and weakness in legs and hips and extreme fatique. I also experienced electrolyte imbalance and still take potassium and magnesium and have low grade anemia a year after completion of chemo and 35 rads.

You have probably heard of these drugs on this website referred to by their brand names. Docetaxel is Taxotere or Taxol, Doxorubicin is Adriamycin and Cyclophosphamide is Cytoxan. They are all chemotherapy drugs which can be used as part of a patient's chemotherapy depending on the Type and Stage of their breast cancer. Below is a link to a website with more details and information. You can find more information in this Q&A section if you search under chemo or the brand names of these drugs http://www.breastcancer.org/treatment/chemotherapy/medicines

Thanks. It's the paperwork they gave me at my last visit, and I have no idea what's in store.
