I also had a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy on June 20th. I took two weeks off from work and was then able to go back with some minimal discomfort. I took Tylenol and got tired in the day but it was a distraction from the expanders I had placed in. Initially they are pretty annoying but you get used to them. I feel fortunate in being able to save my nipples. I will have one more fill and then look forward to my exchange surgery :) I am getting excited even though it is a ways away.

Yes! I had nipple delay surgery and was able to spare my nipples. I'm doing exchange reconstruction in Sept. I'm very happy that I was able to do that. I believe my implants would look much better :)

I had bilateral mastectomy with nipple sparing on April 9, 2015. I delayed reconstruction until June and finished up with exchange surgery in oct. I have some feeling in my nipples. Where the lymph nodes were removed it's still numb.
