Anybody else experience lower back pain from pulling themselves up and down after surgery?

Lower back..whew, when I move a certain way. I know from using my stomach muscles and lower back to move around the bed, re-position and such are sore

Feeling great today with the back. I haven't taken any meds , but I've taken a nap or two :-).

Yes yes yes...back pain. I think we hold ourselves just a little bit different to compensate for what we have had done to us. I have had 6 surgeries and every time my back will hurt for a bit...hang in there..do not overdue it!
