If You Had 75 More Years To Live In Good Health, What Would You Do?

I had an opportunity to ask Shonda Rhimes this question over zoom last week that I’d love to hear YOUR answer to….

(She is the creator of Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, Bridgerton, etc)

Get clarity on what makes me happy and what doesn't - and lose the unhappy baggage
Spend as much time with the people (and animals) that I care about
Experience life through trying and seeing new things
Spend time on my inner-self
Ensure I'm taking good care of my body (I'm going to live to 133 after all, I want to be sure my body is able to keep doing what I need it to!)

@A MyBCTeam Member - what did Shonda say?

Thank you @A MyBCTeam Member

I think I might be able to start with small steps within a year or so.

I am a city girl and I love the city. But as get I get older I realise that we need more organic produce and less pollution to minimize future cancer cases.

We have to move out of the city if we can, to minimize pollution.
