Capsular Contracture
Capsular Contracture
I had my mastectomy and reconstruction 8 years ago. Had a local recurrence last summer and had radiation which caused the capsular contracture. It’s not painful but has shrunk my implant a size smaller than other one. Want to have untreated side made smaller. Has anyone else done this? Did insurance cover that side? Would appreciate any advise
