I dont know about you guys but because of my search history I am getting a TON pf facebooks ads for seminars about surviving cancer, getting thru chemo, living your life after cancer. I am curious to try but really think its click bait. Mostly curious if anyone has listened to anything helpful, even podcast that helped thru all of this.

One book I liked was Breasts the Owner's Manual, by Dr. Kristi Funk, lots of good info- she does promote a plant based diet, but all of my doctor's are more of a make sensible choices, anything in moderation- mindset. But I have eliminated a lot of things, added things, and am way more picky about products I use in the house and especially on my body.

Before running out to buy- check your local library, I picked up about a half dozen books at a time to browse, and ending up buying that one.

Hi there! I had so stay off facebook cause of my searches created a non-stop reminder of what I am through. I did find Dr. Susan Loves Breast Book very helpful. One of the ladies on here suggested it along with my nurse navigator. This doesn’t really answer your question, but it may be useful information. I wish you the best💞
