Over Heating

I am at 6 years since my cancer was removed. After all my treatments I am left with nerve pain and issues. I take exemestane daily with other meds to control my nerve pain. I have just been diagnosed with diabetes with my A1C still below 7. I’m am having issues lately over heating. I will have cold patches on my back, but the rest of me starts overheating.
