@A MyBCTeam Member Do you have breast implants? I had a mass that was so deep, I couldn't feel it.. neither could the doctors. My mammogram missed it. I had shooting pains in left breast for over a year - insisted on finding out why. Had several mammograms-all negative, several ultra sounds, negative; finally breast MRI - positive for cancer in right breast! Not left! No longer have shooting pains in left breast. Incision site on right breast has shooting pains, which I am told will be happening for awhile. Definitely glad I pushed for answers and insisted on testing.

‘They’ say pain is not an early symptom but why not get it checked out then you will have a good baseline. I had my first biopsy at 19. 73 now.

I had no classic symptoms of breast cancer & normal mammogram but I did have a shooting pain that would come & go. Turns out, yup.....it was breast cancer. Get an ultrasound with & a mammogram.
