I have been on Arimidex since November 2016. I would normally run 3 miles a day before the diagnosis and BMX in June and July2016. It seems like the side effects are very different for everyone. Personally, I hate it but it's tolerable - my onc is talking about ten years instead of five but I might have to roll the dice on that one......
I feel huge fatigue on Aromasin also. 4 years down, 1 to go, because my side effects are enormous. Otherwise it would be great if I could handle 10 years. I do yoga. Uve5been on aromas in for over 5 years and I definitely do not have much energy. I'm done for after a day of work and need to rest a lot on weekends.
I'm on aromasin which is similar. I have the same issues. Some women have been able to return to running and working out, keep trying.
Fatigue is a huge issue with most BC regimens. Just keep doing what you can, and your body will catch up.
