Has Anyone Had Experience With Lupron? What Are Its Side Effects?

My surgeon yesterday told me to wait on removing my ovaries n uterus because my uterus is very large due to fibroids n it would be a more difficult procedure. He told me to try Lupron for six months then get an ultrasound. I agreed even though I don't like it. Lupron will stop my ovaries for my aromatose inhibitor n shrink my uterus enough for removal. I am worried about yet another medication with side effects. Has anyone had experience with Lupron n it's side effects?

I'm on Lupron shots and exemestane. Both have similar side effects so it's hard to tell which is causing them. Hot flashes and a bit of fatigue is all I've noticed so far, it's been about 6 months.

@A MyBCTeam Member - I have no experience with that one but I looked it up on drugs.com for you - here's the link including side effects.

I'm not sure if this is helpful but I take Black Cohosh for hot flashes. I checked with my oncologist first.
