Has anyone been diagnosed with a very small tumor <.3mm but grade 3 and very high ki-67. ER+/PR+/Hert2-.

I was. I had stage 3A because my Lymph Nodes were involved.

Stage 1, grade 3 invasive ductal carcinoma. ER+>90%,PR+80-90%,Ki-67 20-30%, HER2:1+. Worried I’m going to have to get chemo. Anyone else?
